1 container masoor dal (cooked)
30-40 gm dark beans (cooked)
8 broccoli florets
Barely any drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 a sweet lime/mosambi cut into sections
100 gm papaya diced
2-3 new potatoes (cooked)
1 container methi grows
For the Chaat Dressing:
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp amchur (crude mango) powder
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
20 ml nectar
30-35 gm hacked onions
The most effective method to Make Lentil and Charred Broccoli Chaat
1.Cut and trim broccoli florets.
2.Season with salt, pepper and olive oil and put on a flame broil until scorched.
3.Alternately you could even meal in the broiler for 15 minutes or something like that.
4.Whisk all the dressing fixings together to blend well.
5.Add every one of the elements for the chaat in a bowl.
6.Pour in the dressing and hurl together.
7.Add some methi grows and the roasted broccoli and serve.
