1 tsp garlic

1/2 container mushroom

3/4 glass vegetable stock

1 tsp basil

For egg white omelet:

1 tsp oil

3 egg whites

Instructions to Make Chicken Omelet with Sauteed Mushrooms

For the chicken filling:

1.Saute garlic, onion and celery in olive oil.2.Add little bits of chicken, green crisp and pour vegetable stock for flavor and saute them all together for 10 minutes.3.Add soya sauce and abstain from utilizing salt. Saute them all together till it gets dry.
