  • 4 4-ounce chicken breast cutlets
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup half-and-half
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsle

Preheat stove to 400°F. Place flour in a shallow dish. Place beaten eggs in another shallow dish. Consolidate panko, ¼ container Parmesan, Italian flavoring and garlic powder in a third shallow dish.
